How I work

I offer an empathetic presence as a therapist, and will work with you and your issues according to your specific needs. I recognise that change often comes about through facing up to aspects of ourselves that are difficult to look at it, and, that this process needs to be handled with care and compassion.

Helping you to move beyond hidden and limiting scripts will bring about a deeper mental, emotional and physical connection to the world around you and the people in your life. Over time, the fear and anxiety accompanying change will be replaced by a growing openness and gratitude towards what emerges.

The experience of therapy will free up energy that has been conflicted or constrained, and develop your resilience to deal with ongoing challenges in life.

Please look at the Testimonial page for details about what past clients have said about me, and don’t hesitate to get in contact me for information, or to arrange a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs.
